Booking & Cancellation
Appointments are reserved specifically for each client to ensure dedicated time and personalised care.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, missed appointments, or failure to attend may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the consultation fee.
Clients arriving 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled consultations. Full consultation fees may still apply.
Payment is required at the time of consultation unless otherwise arranged. Certain services or appointments may require prepayment.
Telehealth consultations are treated the same as in-person appointments and are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling policies.
Ora Health Co. understands emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur. Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of the practitioner.

Telehealth Disclaimers

Ora Health Co. takes reasonable measures to protect the privacy and confidentiality of telehealth consultations; however, no electronic communication method can be guaranteed completely secure.
By participating in telehealth consultations, clients acknowledge and accept these limitations and consent to receiving care via telehealth.
